Bringing Emotional Intelligence to Life: An Immersive Microlearning Experience
Emotional intelligence (EI) is a critical skill that influences personal relationships, workplace success, and overall well-being. To make learning about EI engaging and impactful, I designed an interactive microlearning experience that goes beyond traditional eLearning. By integrating motion paths, animations, object triggers, and states, I created a dynamic environment where learners actively engage with the content rather than passively consuming information.
A Visually Engaging Learning Experience
Every visual element in this course was intentionally crafted to enhance the learner’s journey. I designed all the graphics, ensuring a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interface that complements the subject matter. Smooth transitions, subtle animations, and interactive components work together to create a seamless learning experience, guiding users through key concepts of emotional intelligence in an intuitive way.
Interactivity That Reinforces Learning
Rather than presenting static content, this microlearning experience leverages advanced eLearning interactions to make learning active. AI-Powered Audio Narration with Closed Captions
To enhance accessibility and engagement, I integrated AI-generated audio narration throughout the course. The narration brings the content to life, providing a guided learning experience that feels personal and engaging. Closed captions accompany the narration, ensuring that all learners—regardless of hearing ability or learning preference—can fully benefit from the material.
